Consistency Rules

  • Instant Funding Standard: 20% daily consistency rule.
  • Instant Funding Pro: 15% daily consistency rule.
  • 1-Step Pro: 25% daily consistency rule.
  • Aquaman: No single trading day can account for 15% or more of total profits.
  • 2 Step Pro: 25% daily consistency rule.

Firm Rules

  • Inactivity Rule: All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity. Once deactivated, accounts cannot be restored.
  • Maximum Loss Per Trade Policy: If your floating P&L drops below -2% of the account balance, the account will be permanently closed (Instant Funding Standard & Pro Model & AquaMan Model).
  • News Trading: Allowed with restrictions—trading within 5 minutes before and after high-impact news events is prohibited. News trading is allowed without restriction in all evaluation programs.
  • Wave Stop: If your open trades incur a 2% loss, Wave Stop auto-closes all open positions across symbols (funded accounts only). 1st breach: Profit split reduced to 50%. 2nd breach: Account is breached.
  • Copy Trading: Allowed on personal accounts only. AquaFunded’s partnership with Prop Firm One enables copy trading across multiple proprietary firm accounts.
  • All or Nothing: All or nothing practices are prohibited.
  • Excessive Risk-Taking: Excessive risk in a single simulated trade or cumulative risk in several overlapping trades is prohibited.

Payout Policy

  • Instant Funding Standard: 14 days payout frequency, minimum withdrawal $100, 40% Daily Consistency Rule.
  • Instant Funding Pro: 14 days payout frequency, minimum withdrawal $100, 15% Daily Consistency Rule.
  • 1-Step Pro: 14 days payout frequency, minimum withdrawal $100, 25% Daily Consistency Rule.
  • Aquaman: 14 days payout frequency, minimum withdrawal $100, 15% Daily Consistency Rule.
  • 2-Step Pro: 14 days payout frequency, minimum withdrawal $100, 25% Daily Consistency Rule.
  • Large Accounts: For 200K accounts or larger, the first two rewards capped at $10,000 max withdrawal; after those, no further withdrawal limit.
