Firm Rules

• Minimum Trading Days: 5 days in each evaluation phase, none in funded. News Trading: No restriction for evaluation, in funded accounts no trading 5 min before/after high-impact news (profits made during this 10 min window will be deducted; this is a soft breach, account not lost). Copy Trading: Allowed only between accounts you personally own, partnership with Prop Firm One enables extended copy trading across proprietary firms. Expert Advisors (EAs): Allowed, must align with trading rules. Inactivity: Must place at least one trade every 30 days or account will be deactivated, permanent closure if not reactivated via support within 6 months. Prohibited strategies: Hedging, exploiting service errors/platform delays, using external/delayed data feeds, multi-account manipulation, violating platform/provider terms, use of automated software, AI, high-speed trading tools, risk-abusive trading (overleveraging, overexposure, one-sided bets, account rolling), grid trading, arbitrage, tick scalping, high-frequency trading. IPs/VPN/VPS Rule: VPN/different IPs allowed for travel, only the account owner may trade.

Payout Policy

• First payout in 30 days, subsequent payouts every 14 days (7 days possible with add-on). Profit split 80%, 90% with add-on, 100% when scaled up. No minimum payout amount. Scaling plan: Over 4 months from first trade, must be profitable in at least 2 of 4 months with minimum total profit of 10%, and at least 2 successful payout transactions. The account must be at breakeven or profit at scaling; each scale increases account balance by 30% of original size. Unlimited scaling, and from 3rd scale-up onwards, traders receive 100% profit split.
