Consistency Rules

• E8 One: One trading day cannot be equal to or greater than 40% of total profits made.,E8 Signature: One trading day cannot be equal to or greater than 35% of total profits made.

Firm Rules

• Max position size is 50 lots per order for FX and indices and 20 lots per order for XAUUSD. Each evaluation must be completed independently. There is a limit of 100 active orders at a time and 2000 order/modification requests per day, with a 2000 maximum position limit per day. You may not risk your entire daily drawdown on a single trade. Hedging across multiple accounts, even if owned by the same trader, is prohibited. No more than 50% of trades may be held for under one minute. E8 may limit risk exposure to no more than 1% per trade idea or time horizon if prohibited practices are detected. If profits exceed the dynamic drawdown value, you may request a payout of all profits, but if you withdraw all profits the account is closed. You may copy trades only between your own personal and E8 accounts, and each evaluation must be traded independently. Only one strategy per user is allowed; shared EAs or identical strategies across users can lead to termination. News trading is allowed in evaluations and in E8 Signature funded accounts but is not allowed in E8 One funded accounts during the 5 minutes before or after high‑impact news. Overnight and weekend trading is not allowed in the Signature program. Accounts inactive for 60 days are disabled with no refund entitlement.

Payout Policy

• Signature: 35% consistency rule with at least 5 profitable days; first payout requires at least 3 profitable days with 0.3% profit per day and a buffer equal to the end‑of‑day trailing drawdown. Minimum payout amounts are Rise $312.50 and Plane $62.50, with caps and buffers defined on the Signature payout caps page. E8 One: 40% consistency rule and net profit must exceed 50% of the daily drawdown; minimum payouts are Rise $250 and Plane $50. If profits exceed the trailing drawdown, you may request a payout but must leave sufficient drawdown buffer; withdrawing all profits closes the account.
