Consistency Rules

• EnhancedX: Your best trading day's profit based on equity at the end of the day must not exceed 45% of total profits; this applies to both evaluation and funded stages. ,Instant Funding Lite: Your best trading day's profit based on equity at the end of the day must not exceed 20% of total profits.

Firm Rules

• Inactivity Rule: All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity, and to avoid deactivation the trader must log in and maintain an active connection. Buffer Rule (Instant Lite): The first 3% profit generated on the account cannot be requested as a reward and instead acts as a safety buffer to protect the account from hitting the 3% daily loss limit when requesting a reward. Profit Lock Rule: Requesting a payout locks your maximum loss at the starting balance, the remaining portion acts as a buffer, and withdrawing the full profit leads to a breach in the Enhanced, Express, and Instant Programs. Maximum Open Risk: A maximum open risk of 3% applies to all funded accounts, meaning the total potential loss across one or multiple open positions must not exceed 3% of the starting balance at any time; for Instant Lite accounts the maximum open risk is 1%. News Trading: News trading is allowed during evaluation stages but is not allowed within 3 minutes before and after high impact news in funded stages and Instant funding accounts. Expert Advisors: Expert Advisors are not allowed in Instant Funding accounts. Copy Trading: Copy trading is allowed only for personal accounts, and through Hantec’s partnership with Prop Firm One traders can copy trades across different proprietary firm accounts on a single platform without breaching Hantec’s rules. Weekend Holding: Weekend holding is not allowed in the Instant funding program. Scalping: Scalping is defined as trades held for less than 3 minutes in duration, and total scalped profits cannot exceed 30% of total profits. Overleveraging: Overleveraging, overexposure, and one-sided bets—defined as using 85% or more of the margin on a single asset or closely related assets—are strictly prohibited. All or Nothing Trading: Trading behavior that risks the entire daily loss limit or a substantial portion of it on a single trade or across multiple concurrent trades is prohibited. Account Rolling: Aggressively operating multiple accounts in a short period to pass or fail them, with full account history considered, is strictly prohibited. Account Size Restriction: A trader can only have one account of each size at any given time regardless of challenge type, and may have only one active Instant Funding or Instant Funding Lite account at any time.

Payout Policy

• All programs: Withdrawals are available every 14 days. Express, Enhanced and EnhancedX Programs: The first withdrawal is on demand and subsequent withdrawals are every 14 days. Instant Funding Program: Withdrawals are every 14 days and the minimum withdrawal amount is 20 United States dollars. Minimum withdrawal: For Enhanced, Express and Instant Programs the minimum withdrawal is 20 United States dollars, while for EnhancedX the minimum withdrawal is 2% of the account’s starting balance. Profit Lock Rule: Requesting a payout locks your maximum loss at the starting balance, the remaining portion acts as a buffer, and withdrawing the full profit will result in a breach under the Enhanced, Express, and Instant Programs.
