• None

Firm Rules

• Minimum Trading Days: None across all programs.
• Stop Loss Rule: If you fail to place a stop loss at the time of placing an order or executing a trade, the system will automatically close the trade (soft breach).
• News Trading: News trading is allowed, but opening large positions around high-impact news events is prohibited and may violate their terms under the All-or-Nothing prohibited trading strategy.
• Expert Advisor: Expert Advisors are allowed except those designed for high-frequency trading (HFT) or arbitrage trading.
• Copy Trading Allowed: Allowed between Lark funded/Instant funding accounts, other prop firms, and personal accounts owned by the same person. Copy trading from an external account (other prop firm or personal accounts) is allowed, but only to a single evaluation account at a time. Copy trading from a Lark funded/Instant funding account to a single Lark evaluation account is allowed.
• Copy Trading Not Allowed: Copy trading between multiple evaluation accounts is not allowed. Copy trading from accounts not owned by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Inactivity: Traders must execute at least one trade every 30 days to avoid account inactivity and breach.
• Gain Limit: Daily gains exceeding 10,000 dollars (calculated at 5 PM EST) trigger the following actions. Challenge Accounts: One violation results in restarting Phase 1 with no refund but a free evaluation. Simulated Funded Accounts: Gains above 10,000 dollars are excluded from payouts. Three violations lead to account breach with no payout. Trades executed at similar times or partially closed count as a single trade. Gains made across multiple phases on a single day will be considered toward the daily gain limit.
• Risk Limit: Maximum risk per simulated trade idea is 1.5 percent.
• Margin Limit: Overall margin utilization must not exceed the following limits: Forex 50 percent, Metals 50 percent, Indices 75 percent, Oils 75 percent, Crypto 75 percent, Stocks 75 percent.
• Weekend Holding / Crypto Trading On Weekends: Not allowed except when purchased with a hold over the weekend add-on.
• Drawdown Lock for Instant Accounts: If your 8 percent trailing maximum drawdown resets to the initial balance after reaching an 8 percent profit, you must maintain a profit buffer to keep trading. Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure.
• All-or-nothing Trading: This refers to a style of trading where a trader could breach or come close to breaching the drawdown limits in a single trade due to the large volume of positions, lots executed, or margin utilization; this practice is prohibited.
• Holding Into Earnings, Dividends, or Other Corporate Actions: Holding single share equity CFD positions through earnings releases, dividends, or any corporate action is strictly prohibited. All such positions must be closed by 3:50 PM ET on the day of the event (or the prior trading day if the event is pre-market). Violation results in an immediate hard breach and any gain or loss on the position will be removed.
• More on Prohibited Trading Strategies: All-or-Nothing and gambling-based trading, high-frequency trading, reverse trading between different accounts or group hedging, unauthorized copy trading, and holding into earnings, dividends, or other corporate actions are all prohibited.
• VPN/VPS Policy: Lark Funding allows the use of VPN or VPS according to their detailed policy available on their helpdesk.
• 1-Step Smart Restart Guarantee: Each evaluation comes with 4 attempts. If your first attempt fails but you traded within the risk parameters, you get a free restart at no cost. To qualify, no single trade loss can be greater than 1 percent of account balance and overall drawdown must stay better than minus 5 percent. A “Surrender Account” button appears in your dashboard once eligible. Clicking it surrenders the account and generates a 100 percent discount code for a new evaluation. This can be used up to 3 times per purchased evaluation. If drawdown briefly exceeds minus 5 percent but recovers, you may still qualify as long as no single trade exceeded 1 percent. The discount code is valid once per purchased evaluation.

Payout Policy

• Instant Funding: 90 percent default profit split, on-demand for the first payout, then every 30 days for subsequent payouts.
• 1 Step: 80 percent default profit split. Payout frequency is bi-weekly, or weekly if an add-on is purchased.
• 1 Step Monthly Based Rewards: Traders earn a fixed monthly fee by meeting two conditions within every 30-day period: keeping overall drawdown better than minus 3.5 percent and recording at least 3 profitable days of 0.5 percent or more. Once eligible, the request is submitted via the dashboard and processed within 2 to 3 business days. The reward can be earned indefinitely, but qualification is sequential, so missing a month breaks the streak and disqualifies you from the next month as well. Reward amounts before the 40 dollar Riseworks processing fee are: 10,000 dollar account earns 50 dollars; 25,000 dollar account earns 125 dollars; 50,000 dollar account earns 250 dollars; 100,000 dollar account earns 500 dollars; 200,000 dollar account earns 1,000 dollars.
• 3 Step: 80 percent default profit split, or 90 percent with an add-on. Payout frequency is bi-weekly, or weekly with an add-on. Minimum payout is 100 dollars. Processing fee is a flat 40 dollars.

Restricted Countries
