Consistency Rules

• Instant Funding: Withdrawals are only allowed when your consistency score is 20% or lower; the consistency score formula is (biggest winning day divided by total profit) times 100%; if your score is above 20%, you must continue trading until it drops to 20% or below. ,Instant Mini: Withdrawals are only allowed when your consistency score is 20% or lower; the consistency score formula is (largest winning trade divided by total profit) times 100%; if your score is above 20%, you must continue trading until it drops to 20% or below.

Firm Rules

• IP Address Policy: Your IP address for challenge phase and live accounts must the same geographical region; if it changes, you must provide proof such as plane tickets or live location verification to justify the change. Martingale: Opening five simultaneous positions in drawdown on the same pair is allowed. Gambling is prohibited and includes: excessive scalping (holding 50% or more of trades for less than one minute) and martingale (opening five simultaneous positions in drawdown on the same pair). All-in: Making a single trade with no stop-loss or risking more than the drawdown limit to pass or fail the challenge; this also applies in the funded stage. Gamifying: Trading two accounts against each other by going long on one and short on the other with the hope of passing the challenge; a trade refers to one or more positions on the same pair with similar timing and lot size, and small-lot or random gambling entries do not qualify and may lead to disqualification. More on prohibited strategies: high-frequency trading, toxic trading order flow, long/short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, server execution, reverse or group hedging and hedging; violation leads to account termination; more details are provided at Maven’s FAQ page. News Trading: Trades cannot be opened or closed within two minutes before or after a red-folder news event; violations, including during auto-closure, disqualify evaluation or challenge accounts, and profits from restricted news events are not credited during the challenge or live phase; instant funding and Mini accounts are exempt from this rule. Withdrawal Limit: Traders can withdraw up to 10,000 United States dollars per 30-day cycle regardless of the number of accounts; profits above this limit are voided and the account resets to its starting balance after payout; the 30-day cycle begins from the first profit closure date; in the funded stage, if total profits exceed 5,000 United States dollars, no single trade or trading day may account for more than 50% of the total profit, and profits above this threshold are reduced to meet the 50% limit; after surpassing 5,000 United States dollars in payouts, traders must complete a mandatory risk interview with an analyst, with one allowed reschedule, and failure to attend the rescheduled session results in the payout being withheld; traders have two weeks from the invitation date to complete the interview; random interviews may also be conducted for profits below 5,000 United States dollars, and accounts reset to the starting balance after payout. Risk Limit: This rule applies only to a small minority of traders who show poor risk management; unless notified, traders may trade freely without restrictions, but if they exceed the risk limits stated in the email, the account will be breached. Buyback: You can restore a funded account instantly by paying a fee, with no challenge needed. Expert Advisors: Expert advisors are not permitted under any circumstances across all platforms. Copy Trading: Manual copy trading is allowed between your own Maven trading accounts, other prop firm accounts, and broker accounts; trade copiers cannot be used on platforms offered and copying other trades is strictly prohibited. Weekend Holding and Crypto Trading on Weekends: Weekend holding and crypto trading on weekends are allowed. Inactivity Rule: Accounts must not be dormant for more than 30 calendar days. Minimum Trading Days: For the two-step challenge there is a three-day, 0.5% minimum profit requirement before passing to the next phase; this rule also applies to the funded stage. Instant Funding Rules: At no point can your account have more than a 1% loss in floating profit and loss (the difference between balance and equity); if this happens, the account will be breached. Maven Mini: You have 24 hours to trade on the Mini program; the timer starts once you place your first trade, and you must submit your payout request within the 24-hour period; there is one payout per account and after the payout the account is closed; there is a maximum of one open trade at any given moment; at no point can your account have more than a 1% loss in floating profit and loss, and if this happens the account will be breached.

Payout Policy

• Standard programs (1 Step, 2 Step, 3 Step, and Instant): 80% profit split with withdrawals available every 10 business days. Maven Mini: 80% profit split with immediate withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal for One, Two, and Three Steps Standard accounts is 20 United States dollars. Instant Standard and Instant Mini minimum payout threshold is a 3% profit of the initial account balance. Scaling plan up to 1,000,000 United States dollars: to scale, the trader must profit 10% over the course of four months (2.5% per month) and process at least one payout per month; afterwards, the trader’s account receives a 25% balance increase; the maximum withdrawal cap scales alongside the scaling plan, but the maximum withdrawal percentage does not change.
