Consistency Rules

• No single trading day can account for thirty five percent or more of your total profits during a payout period in the two million United States dollar account size.

Firm Rules

• Weekend holding: All trades must be closed by 3:45 PM Eastern Standard Time on Fridays; trades left open will be automatically closed, resulting in a soft breach, but trading can resume when markets reopen. Daily profit cap (two million United States dollar account size): The daily profit cap limits your gains to two point five percent of your account balance per day, and any profits above this level will not count toward your objectives. Inactivity: Traders must place at least one trade every thirty days to avoid being marked inactive, and inactivity will result in an account breach. Drawdown after withdrawal: When a withdrawal is approved, your maximum drawdown locks at your starting balance and does not reset thereafter; if you withdraw the full amount of gains in your funded account, your balance will return to the starting balance, and since the maximum drawdown is locked at that level, this will trigger a maximum drawdown breach and result in forfeiture of the funded account. News trading: Traders are restricted from opening new positions within a six minute window, specifically three minutes before and three minutes after the news event. Prohibited practices: Using one strategy to pass the assessment and another strategy to trade the funded stage is not allowed; utilizing Martingale or any average down trading strategies; engaging in all in trades with excessive risk taking repeatedly on one or multiple accounts; utilizing any third party strategy, off the shelf strategy, or one marketed to pass challenge accounts.

Payout Policy

• First payout is available on demand, and subsequent payouts are available every thirty days. The default profit split is seventy five percent to the trader, which can be increased to ninety percent with an upgrade.
