Firm Rules

• News trading: For Hyper-Growth and Bootcamp, news trading is allowed except for bracket strategies around news. For High Stakes, executing orders from two minutes before until two minutes after high-impact news is prohibited. Copy trading: Allowed for High Stakes and Hyper-Growth with limitations. Once a trader manages more than 500000 United States dollars, taking the same trades across accounts is no longer possible. Copy trading from an external account is allowed only if the account belongs to the same trader. Third-party copy trading is not allowed. Copy trading is not allowed between two Bootcamp accounts. Expert Advisors: Expert Advisors are allowed as long as they comply with terms and conditions. Each Expert Advisor must set a stop loss for every position and must not copy trades from other persons’ signals, perform tick scalping, latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, or use emulators. Accounts using violating Expert Advisors will be canceled, banned, and not refunded across all programs including Bootcamp and Instant Funding. High Stakes program: Requires a minimum of three profitable days. A profitable day is defined as a day where closed positions generate at least 0.5 percent of the initial balance. Bootcamp rules: A stop-loss is mandatory for all positions and orders and must be set within three minutes of placement. The stop-loss must not risk more than 2 percent of the account balance per position. A 3 percent daily pause applies during the funded stage. Opening a position without a stop-loss or risking more than 2 percent of the balance in a single position is considered a risk violation, and five risk violations lead to automatic account termination. Prohibited practices: One-sided bets, exploitation of price discrepancies and arbitrage, trading bracket strategies by placing pending orders around high-impact news, and exploiting system errors such as price display inaccuracies or update delays are all prohibited. Inactivity rule: Accounts with no new orders for more than thirty consecutive calendar days will expire.

Payout Policy

• Bootcamp and Hyper-Growth programs: Traders start with a 50 percent profit split and can grow it to 75 percent by the next stage in the scale-up plan, with the possibility to scale the profit split up to 100 percent. High Stakes program: Traders start with an 80 percent profit split and can also scale it up to 100 percent. Payout frequency: Traders can request profit withdrawals on a bi-weekly basis. The minimum amount eligible for withdrawal is 150 United States dollars after applying the profit split. Commission on payouts: Rise and cryptocurrencies have a 2 percent commission, bank transfers have a 3 percent commission, and HUB credits have no commission percentage.
